学术虚拟社区知识质量的影响因素:基于社会资本视角

摘　　要：知识是学术虚拟社区最宝贵的核心资产,知识质量的提高有助于吸引和留住用户。为此以社会资本理论为基础,构建学术虚拟社区知识质量影响因素模型,将社会资本分为结构资本、关系资本和认知资本三个维度,并探讨三个维度之间的关系,以及社会资本如何影响社区用户对知识质量的认知。结果表明:结构资本和认知资本对关系资本都有显著的正向影响;结构资本对认知资本有显著的正向影响;关系资本和认知资本对知识质量都有显著的正向影响;结构资本对知识质量没有显著的正向影响。最后根据研究结果,分析讨论、提出运营建议及研究展望,以期为学术虚拟社区的运营和相关研究提供参考。Knowledge is the most valuable core asset of academic virtual community,and the improvement of knowledge quality helps to attract and retain users.Therefore,based on the theory of social capital,this paper establishes a model of factors of knowledge quality in academic virtual community,which divides social capital into three dimensions:structural capital,relational capital and cognitive capital,and explores the relationship between the three dimensions and how social capital affects the community users’cognition of knowledge quality.The results show that structural capital and cognitive capital have some significant positive effects on relational capital;structural capital has a significant positive effect on cognitive capital;relational capital and cognitive capital have some significant positive effects on knowledge quality;and structural capital has no significant positive effect on knowledge quality.Finally,according to the results,it analyzes and discusses the operation suggestions and research prospects to provide reference for the operation of academic virtual community and related research.
