摘 要:为解决烧结混合配料时人工目测水分不准确,凭经验调整不及时和操作工劳动强度大的问题,在烧结一次混合机出口输送带上安装了红外自动补水系统。应用后,实现了烧结机补水自动、精准控制,混合料中粒径小于3 mm的比例降低6.16%,垂直烧结速度提高0.44 mm/min,利用系数提高0.015 t/m^2·h,改善了混合料原始粒度组成和透气性,使烧结过程主要工艺参数趋于连续、稳定,达到了稳定烧结工艺、稳产高产的目标。In order to solve the problems of inaccuracy of manual visual inspection of moisture content,untimely adjustment based on experience and high labor intensity of operators,an infrared automatic water supplement system was installed on the outlet conveyor belt of primary sintering mixer.The automatic and accurate control of water replenishment for sintering machine is realized after application.The proportion of particle size less than 3 mm in the mixture is reduced by 6.16%,the vertical sintering speed is increased by 0.44 mm/min,and the utilization coefficient is increased by 0.015 t/m^2·h.The original particle size composition and air permeability of the mixture are improved,and the main process parameters of sintering process tend to be continuous and stable,and the goal of stable sintering process and high yield is achieved.
