摘 要:连铸轴承钢滚动体在其生产制造过程中常伴有锈蚀情况。通过将邢钢连铸轴承钢与其他企业模铸轴承钢在球化组织、低倍组织、非金属夹杂物和碳化物等方面进行对比,从锈蚀机理入手,对轴承钢的锈蚀原因进行了分析。结果表明,材料偏析和疏松等内部组织不均匀造成了电极电位差而形成的原电池反应,是邢钢连铸轴承钢锈蚀的主要原因。通过优化轻压下参数,降低中包过热度、开发中包加热功能,采用不同轧型水口,优化轻压下辊型等措施,连铸轴承钢的夹杂物和碳化物控制水平提升,质量明显改善。The rolling element of continuous casting bearing steel is often accompanied with corrosion in its manufacturing process.From the mechanism of corrosion,based on the comparison of nodular structure,macrostructure,non-metallic inclusions and carbides between Xingsteel's continuous casting bearing steel and other die casting bearing steel of other enterprises,the corrosion mechanism of bearing steel was analyzed.The results show that the uniform internal structure such as segregation and porosity,results in the electrodes potential difference,thus forming the galvanic reaction.The latter is the main reason for the corrosion of the bearing steel.By optimizing the soft reduction parameters,reducing the superheat of tundish,developing the heating function of tundish,adopting different rolling water nozzles and optimizing the soft reduction roll profile,the control level of inclusions and carbides in the continuous casting bearing steel has been improved,and the quality has been significantly improved.
