摘 要:钒酸铁泥是钒渣钠化焙烧后湿法提钒过程中产生的含钒废料,含有大量的水分和钒,处理不当会严重污染环境,但它同时又是宝贵的钒资源。研究了将湿基钒酸铁烘干脱水后,利用钒铁合金冶炼工艺和设备对其进行有效处理的关键技术。结果表明:闪蒸干燥可以将湿基钒酸铁泥水分含量由54.79%降至3.51%。脱水后的钒酸铁泥粉末作为含钒原料进行冶炼,可以获得钒平均含量30.73%的高硅钒铁合金,为中钒合金冶炼提供原料。该工艺实现了含钒固废的资源化利用,有效提高了钒的回收率。Iron vanadium mud is a kind of vanadium containing waste produced in the process of hydrometallurgical vanadium extraction after sodium roasting of vanadium slag.It contains a lot of water and vanadium,so improper treatment will seriously pollute the environment,but it is also a valuable vanadium resource.The key technology of using ferrovanadium smelting process and equipment to effectively treat wet based ferric vanadate after drying and dehydration is studied.The results show that flash drying can reduce the moisture content of wet-based iron vanadate mud from 54.79%to 3.51%.The dehydrated iron vanadate mud powder can be used as vanadium bearing raw material to produce high silicon ferrovanadium alloy with average vanadium content of 30.73%,which provides raw materials for smelting medium vanadium alloy.The process realizes the resource utilization of vanadium containing solid waste and effectively improves the recovery rate of vanadium.
