摘　　要："健康中国"战略下,现代科技是保证医院可持续发展的重要基础和技术保障,"智慧医院"系统的建设势在必行。该文通过分析智慧医院建设、实景三维技术、虚拟现实技术等现代科技帮助医院工作人员有效应对危机事件、构建和谐医患关系过程中的作用,探索更加有效的医患关系危机管理方式和手段,为医患关系良性发展提供高效、便捷、及时的保障服务。Under the strategy of"healthy China",modern science and technology are the important foundation and technical guarantee for the sustainable development of hospitals,and the construction of"smart hospital"system is imperative.This paper analyzes the role of smart hospital construction,real 3D technology,virtual reality technology and other modern technologies to help hospital staff effectively deal with crisis events and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and explore more effective doctor-patient relationship crisis management methods and means to provide efficient,convenient and timely security services for the benign development of doctor-patient relationship.
