摘　　要：随着煤矿自动化程度的不断提高,矿用带式输送机的应用越来越普遍,矿用带式输送机的安全可靠运行是煤矿运煤系统正常运行的重要保障,对保证整个矿井的生产效率有着至关重要的作用。该文介绍一种新型矿用带式输送机综合保护装置,该装置采用ARM系列LPC2388和单片机MSP430双控制器设计,实现了数据采集处理、故障分析处理和数据显示功能的分离,显著提高了数据处理能力。With the continuous improvement of coal mine automation,the application of mine belt conveyor is more and more common.The safe and reliable operation of mine belt conveyor is an important guarantee for the normal operation of coal transportation system in coal mine,and plays a vital role in ensuring the production efficiency of the whole mine.This paper introduces a new type of mine belt conveyor comprehensive protection device.The device adopts arm series lpc2388 and MSP430 dual controller design,realizes the separation of data acquisition and processing,fault analysis and data display functions,and significantly improves the data processing ability.
