摘  要:梗阻性无精子症(OA)是导致男性不育的原因之一,所占比例居高不下,给患者带来了极大的困扰,取精手术和卵胞浆内单精子注射术(ICSI)的诞生与发展,给无数OA患者带来了好消息,彻底改变了OA治疗的窘境,但同时尚有许多问题亟待解决,由于精子来源不同,OA患者ICSI治疗结局也不同,如何为OA患者选择不同来源的精子用以ICSI辅助妊娠,并获得最佳的治疗结局,引起了国内、外越来越多的学者关注,并进行了深入研究,有了更深刻的认识。本文综述了OA相关知识及不同来源精子对OA患者行ICSI受精率、卵裂率、优胚率、种植率、临床妊娠率、活产率、流产率等结局的研究进展情况,旨在为OA的临床治疗提供最优方案。Azoospermia(OA)is one of the causes of male infertility,which accounts for a high proportion,and causes great trouble for patients.The birth and development of sperm surgery and intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)have brought opportunities to countless patients with OA.However,there are still many problems to be solved.Due to different sperm sources,ICSI treatment outcome varies with different sperm sources.How to choose different sperm from different sources for ICSI assisted pregnancy and obtain optimal therapeutic outcome has attracted more and more attention from home and abroad scholars,and has carried on deep research and more profound understandings.This paper reviewed the research progress of OA related knowledge and ICSI outcomes such as fertilization rate,cleavage rate,optimal embryo rate,implant rate,clinical pregnancy rate,live birth rate,and abortion rate in patients with OA treated by sperm from different sources.
