摘  要:探究五大连池碧泊样品中趋磁细菌(Magnetotactic Bacteria,MTB)多样性对不同磁场强度及不同曝磁时间的响应。采用微宇宙培养及高通量测序手段,分别考察不同磁场强度和不同曝磁时间对碧泊样品中MTB Alpha多样性、Beta多样性、群落组成和功能的影响。结果显示,10 Gs磁场下MTB的菌群丰度最高,而50 Gs磁场下MTB的菌群多样性最低;在曝磁第6周MTB的菌群丰度和多样性均最高。结合菌群丰度变化推测长时间曝露在磁场下是引起MTB菌群异化的重要因素。The diversity of magnetotactic bacteria(MTB)in sediment sample from Bibo respond to different magnetic intensity and processing time were investigated.Microcosmic culture and high-throughput sequencing were used to investigate the effects of different magnetic field intensity and processing time on MTB Alpha diversity,Beta diversity,community composition and community function in Bibo samples.The results showed that the bacteria abundance of MTB in 10 Gs magnetic field was the highest,while that in 50 Gs was the lowest.In the 6 th week of treatment,the abundance and diversity of MTBs were the highest.Combined with the variation of bacterial abundance,it was speculated that long-term exposure under magnetic field was an important factor causing the alienation of MTB bacterial population.
