团体辅导在大学生职业生涯规划课中的应用

摘　　要：职业生涯规划课是大学生职业生涯规划的有效载体。但受到学时较少、授课方式单一、班型较大、师资队伍专业程度不够等因素受到制约,课程效果难以达到预期状态。将团体辅导运用于大学生职业生涯规划课中,具有提高课堂参与度、增强学生团队意识、满足学生内心需求、提升教师专业化程度等优势,是提升职业生涯规划课程效果的有效载体。Career planning course is an effective carrier of College Students’career planning.However,due to the constraints of less class hours,single teaching method,large class type and insufficient professional level of teachers,the curriculum effect is difficult to achieve the expected state.The application of group counseling in college students’career planning course has the advantages of improving class participation,enhancing students’team consciousness,meeting students’inner needs,and enhancing teachers’professional degree.It is an effective carrier to improve the effect of career planning courses.
