摘　　要：该文以西宁市轨道交通拟建项目为例,对轨道交通对用地的影响展开分析。包括可达性、土地应用价值、土地应用性质、土地开发强度等,通过研究人口就业分布情况、出行空间布局分布、川道聚集程度分析、公共交通分布情况等轨道交通带来的城市用地结构影响,其目的在于提高城市用地结构规划水平,促进城市经济的健康发展。Taking the proposed rail transit project in Xining as an example,this paper analyzes the impact of Rail Transit on land use,including accessibility,land application value,land application nature,land development intensity,etc.,by studying the urban land use structure influenced by Rail Transit,such as the distribution of population and employment,the distribution of travel space,the concentration degree of Sichuan road,and the distribution of public transportation,the aim is to improve the level of urban land structure planning and promote the healthy development of urban economy.
