摘 要:新冠肺炎疫情防控期间,为加强救治力量,多支医疗队支援武汉,但也带来了一定的医疗质量管理难点,如医疗流程不统一、人力与设备配置差异等。结合工作实际,认为可通过集中管理、整合救治力量、信息化助力质控等,提高疫情时期的医院医疗质量管理水平,进而保障患者安全。During the epidemic prevention and control period,in order to strengthen the treatment force,many medical teams supported Wuhan,which also brought some difficulties in medical quality management,such as the inconsistency of medical procedures and the difference of manpower and equipment allocation.Combined with the work practice,it was believed that the level of medical quality management in hospitals during the epidemic period can be guaranteed through centralized management,integration of treatment parties and facilitating quality controlby informationization,so as to ensure the safety of patients.
