摘　　要：院感防控是医疗机构开展救治工作重要的安全保障。新型冠状病毒肺炎暴发后,多家武汉市综合性医院临时改建为定点救治医院,国家医疗队入驻,医疗模式以及医疗流程发生重大变化,院感防控面临较大挑战。同济医院基于医院感染管理组织架构、分区改造、人员培训、流程制定等,建立了与医疗队联合管理的医院感染管理体系,快速推动了定点医院感控工作的高效落实,为应急情况下定点医疗救治机构感染管理工作的建设提供了理论和实践参考。Nosocomial infection management is an important safety guarantee for medical institution to carry out treatment.After the COVID-19 outbreak,multiple general hospitals in Wuhan were temporarily transformed into designated hospitals for treatment.The national medical team moved in,and the medical mode and process changed significantly,which posed great challenge to the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in the hospital.Based on hospital infection management organizational structure,partition transformation,personnel training,and process formulation,Tongji hospital established joint management of hospital infection management system with the medical team,and rapidly promoted the efficient implementation of infection control in designated hospitals,which provided a theoretical and practical reference for the construction of infection management in designated medical treatment institutions under emergency cases.
