摘 要:本文主要研究了不同硫化体系对丁腈橡胶硫化特性、热空气及热油老化前后物理机械性能的影响,比较不同硫化体系,得出实验结果表明:不同硫化体系对丁腈橡胶硫化特性影响明显,1#硫化体系焦烧时间及工艺正硫化时间较长,4#硫化体系焦烧时间较短,工艺正硫化时间较短;对比4种硫化体系老化前后物理机械性能可知:热空气老化3天后,1#硫化胶及3#硫化胶扯断伸长率下降较为明显,拉断强度变化不大且较2#及4#拉断强度高,热油老化3天后,1#硫化胶及3#硫化胶扯断伸长率下降较为明显,拉断强度略有下降,拉断强度较2#及4#拉断强度高,4种硫化体系中,耐热性能较好的为2#及4#,老化前后扯断伸长率变化不大,拉断强度稍有增加,但拉断强度相对较低。This article mainly studies the effects of different vulcanization systems on the vulcanization characteristics and physical and mechanical properties of hot air and hot oil before and after aging for nitrile rubber.Comparing different vulcanization systems,the experimental results show that:different vulcanization systems have obvious effects on the vulcanization characteristics of nitrile rubber.The scorch time and process normal vulcanization time of 1#vulcanization system are longer,and the scorch time of 4#vulcanization system is shorter and the process normal vulcanization time is shorter.Comparing the physical and mechanical properties of the four vulcanization systems before and after aging,it can be seen that after 3 days of hot air aging,the elongation at break of 1#vulcanized rubber and 3#vulcanized rubber decreased significantly,and the tensile strength changed little,1#and 3#have higher tensile strength than 2#and 4#.After 3 days of hot oil aging,the elongation at break of 1#vulcanized rubber and 3#vulcanized rubber decreased significantly,the tensile strength decreased slightly,and the tensile strength was higher than that of 2#and 4#.Among the four vulcanization systems,2#and 4#have better heat resistance.The elongation at break does not change much before and after aging,and the tensile strength increases slightly,but the tensile strength is relatively low.
