摘　　要：现国内各工厂前期投入的全钢机械轮胎定型硫化机存在人机效率低、机械手转入转出重复精度低、中心机构拉伸定型高度不可自动调节、水缸密封圈更换频繁、外温蒸汽消耗高、热板均匀性差、管路系统庞大、占地空间大、泄漏点多等问题,现对其升级改造应用进行研究探讨。The existing all-steel mechanical tire shaping curing press invested by domestic factories in the early stage have the following problems:low man-machine efficiency,low manipulator repetition accuracy,and central mechanism stretching and shaping height cannot be automatically adjusted.And the water tank sealing ring is frequently replaced,the external temperature steam consumption is high,and the uniformity of the hot plate is poor.The curing press in the early stage still has the problems of huge piping system,large area,and many leakage points.Now we are studying and discussing its upgrading.
