摘　　要：我司早期购进的ZCX3型全钢一次法三鼓成型机,肩垫胶采用人工上料方式,效率低且存在一定的质量隐患,为提高轮胎质量和成型机自动化程度,设计一种全自动肩垫胶供料架,肩垫胶可以通过工字轮卷取供料,自动导开、定长裁断、输送贴合,大大提高肩垫胶的贴合质量和生产效率,通过改进,取消百页车周转形式,可达到提质降耗、减员增效的目的。The ZCX3 all-steel one-step three drums building machine purchased by our company early,the shoulder pad rubber adopts manual feeding method,which is low in efficiency and has certain quality risks.In order to improve the tire quality and the degree of automation of the building machine,a fully automatic shoulder pad rubber supply rack was designed.The shoulder pad rubber can be reeled and supplied by the I-shaped wheel,automatically guided,cut to length,and conveyed and bonded,which greatly improves the bonding quality and production efficiency.By improving the turnover form of bookleaf carriage,the purpose of improving quality,reducing consumption,and reducing staff and increasing efficiency can be achieved.
