摘　　要：橡胶球销是汽车底盘系统中重要的连接零件,硫化设备则是橡胶球销的主要生产设备。本文对比两种硫化设备的自动化装置,分析后滑顶出机构及三工位穿梭机构的设计要点及实际工作中的优缺点。后滑顶出机构工艺及操作调试简单,具有通用性强、能够匹配多套模具使用的优点。三工位穿梭机构安装及工艺调试要求高、机器成本高,但生产效率高,适合硫化时间长的大批量产品。The rubber ball pin is an important connecting part in the automobile chassis system,and the vulcanization equipment is the main production equipment of the rubber ball pin.This article compares the automation devices of the two vulcanization equipment,analyzes the design points of the rear sliding ejection mechanism and the three-station shuttle mechanism and the advantages and disadvantages in actual work.The rear sliding ejection mechanism has the advantages of simple process and operation,strong versatility,and ability to match multiple sets of molds.The three-station shuttle mechanism requires high installation and process debugging and high cost,but the production efficiency is high,and it is suitable for large-scale products with long curing time.
