环保均匀剂FYZ-4082在轮胎胎面胶胶料中的应用

摘　　要：本实验主要是对环保均匀剂FYZ-4082在轮胎胎面胶胶料中的应用性能研究,通过对胶料物理机械性能及老化后的性能研究对比,发现随着环保均匀剂FYZ-4082在胶料中用量的增加,胶料的门尼黏度逐渐降低,焦烧时间以及工艺硫化时间和理论正硫化时间逐步延长;加入环保均匀剂FYZ-4082后对胶料的物理机械性能还是有一定的影响,能改善胶料中配合剂的分散性能;在轮胎胎面胶胶料当中加入4~6份环保均匀剂FYZ-4082后进行综合性能最佳。随着环保均匀剂FYZ-4082用量的增加,加工工艺性能相对变好,但是加入份量过多容易导致开炼机的黏辊现象的发生。This experiment is mainly to study the application performance of environmentally friendly homogenizing agent FYZ-4082 in tire tread compound.Through the comparison of the physical and mechanical properties of the rubber compound and the performance after aging,it is found that with the increase in the amount of the environmentally friendly homogenizing agent FYZ-4082 in the rubber compound,the Mooney viscosity of the rubber compound gradually decreases,scorch time,process vulcanization time and theoretical positive curing time are gradually extended.The addition of environmentally friendly homogenizing agent FYZ-4082 still has a certain impact on the physical and mechanical properties of the rubber compound,and can improve the dispersion of the compounding agent in the rubber compound.The overall performance is best after adding 4-6 parts of FYZ-4082 to the tire tread compound.With the increase in the amount of FYZ-4082,the processing performance is relatively better,but too much addition can easily lead to roll sticking phenomenon in the open mill.
