摘 要:葡萄酒色斑(port-wine stains,PWS)又称鲜红斑痣,是发病率最高的血管畸形。目前的一线治疗方案为脉冲染料激光(pulsed dye laser,PDL),然其疗效不尽如人意。自从20世纪90年代我国将光动力治疗(Photodynamic therapy,PDT)运用于葡萄酒色斑后,显著提高了PWS治疗效果。本文就近年来葡萄酒色斑的PDT进展进行阐述,包括其可能的机制、疗效、影响因素与判定手段等。Port-wine stains(PWS),also known as nevus flammeus,is the most prevalent vascular malformation.At present,despite of unsatisfying efficacy,pulsed dye laser(PDL)is used as a standard therapy for PWS.Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has significantly improved the therapeutic effect of PWS since it was introduced to treat PWS in China in the 1990 s.This paper reviews the progress of PDT for PWS in recent years,including the possible mechanisms,factors influencing the therapeutic effect and the means measuring the efficacy.
