个体化健康教育在体检中心护理工作中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析体检护理工作中采用个体化健康教育方式的临床疗效。方法选取该院体检中心2019年1-9月期间接受体检的120例患者作为本次研究对象。按照随机原则将患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者采用常规的健康教育方式。观察组患者实施个体化健康教育方式。对比两组患者对疾病知识的知晓率与护理满意度。结果观察组患者疾病知识知晓率为95%左右。而对照组患者对疾病知识知晓率为80%左右。同时观察组患者在有效遵医率和对护理工作满意度方面均高于对照组。结论个体化健康教育方式应用于体检护理工作中,是一种非常适宜的健康教育方式,且护理效果非常明显,而且应用价值高,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of individualized health education in physical examination and nursing work.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent a physical examination at a hospital physical examination center from January 2019 to September 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random principle.Patients in the control group received conventional health education.Patients in the observation group implemented individualized health education.The awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The awareness rate of disease knowledge in the observation group was about 95%.The control group′s awareness rate of disease knowledge was about 80%.At the same time,the observation group patients were higher than the control group in terms of effective compliance rate and satisfaction with nursing work.Conclusion The individualized health education method is a very suitable health education method for physical examination and nursing work,and the nursing effect is very obvious,and the application value is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
