瑞芬太尼在急性颅脑损伤手术中的麻醉效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在急性颅脑损伤手术中使用瑞芬太尼的效果。方法在2016年1月至2019年9月3年,选择70例在本院收治的急性颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行手术,术中配合麻醉,用数字法随机抽取,分为研究组和对照组,35例一组,对照组采用芬太尼麻醉,研究组用瑞芬太尼麻醉,比较两组的麻醉效果和呼吸恢复时间,睁眼时间,拔管时间以及VAS评分。结果研究组呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间、拔管时间比对照组短(P<0.05),VAS评分比对照组低(P<0.05),麻醉效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急性颅脑损伤手术中使用瑞芬太尼,可以缩短呼吸恢复时间,睁眼时间,拔管时间,降低VAS评分,缓解疼痛,并且提高麻醉效果,保证手术的顺利进行,因此可以在临床进行应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of remifentanil in operation for acute craniocerebral injury.Methods:Three years from January 2016 to September 2019,70 cases of patients with acute craniocerebral injury in our hospital,all patients underwent surgery,intraoperative anesthesia,randomly by digital method,divided into research group and the control group,a group of 35 cases,control group using fentanyl anesthesia,the team with fentanyl anesthesia,comparing two groups of anesthetic effect and breathing recovery time,open time,extubation time and VAS score.Results:The breathing recovery time,eye opening time and extubation time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and anesthesia effect was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Remifentanil can shorten the time of breathing recovery,eye opening time,extubation time,reduce VAS score,relieve pain,improve anesthetic effect,and ensure the smooth operation of acute craniocerebral injury.Therefore,it can be widely used in clinical practice.
