摘 要:网络教学团队是依托计算机技术、互联网技术改变传统教学模式和授课方式的新型教学团队,其构建方式和运行模式对于提高教学质量、提升教学水平具有重要影响和决定作用。本文旨在“六网融通”人才培养模式框架下,从网络教学团队基本概念及内涵入手,全面阐释网络教学团队建设的重要性和必要性,根据网络教学团队建设运行实践,有针对性地提出了当前国内网络教学团队普遍存在的突出问题和结构性、制度性矛盾。通过数字归纳法、列举法、对比法等科学分析论证方法,对网络教学团队的构建和运行模式进行了系统性分析研究,并从加强领导、聘请优秀师资和制度改革设计等三个方面,提出了完善网络教学团队建设与运行机制的有效对策和根本途径。An E-teaching team is a new type of teaching team that relies on computer and internet technology to change traditional teaching modes and methods,and its construction and operation mode has a significant and influential role in improving the quality and level of teaching.This paper aims to explain the importance and necessity of E-teaching team construction under the framework of the talent training mode of“six networks integration”,starting from the basic concept and connotation of E-teaching team.Based on the author’s experiences gained in E-teaching team construction,the paper puts forward the prominent problems and structural and institutional contradictions commonly existing in the current domestic E-teaching teams.Through scientific analysis and argumentation methods such as numerical induction,example and comparison,the author systematically analyzes and researches the construction and operation mode of E-teaching teams,and propose effective strategies and fundamental ways for the purpose of improving construction and operation mechanism of E-teaching teams from the following three aspects:strengthening leadership,hiring excellent teachers and designing institutional reform.
