补肾促排方联合来曲唑片治疗排卵障碍性不孕临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾促排方联合来曲唑片治疗排卵障碍性不孕的疗效。方法:纳入96例肾虚血瘀型排卵障碍性不孕患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组各48例,对照组予枸椽酸氯米芬胶囊与来曲唑片治疗,观察组予补肾促排方联合来曲唑片治疗,均治疗3个月。比较2组治疗前后的血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)水平,主卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度。观察不良反应发生情况,比较2组的疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效总有效率为87.50%,高于对照组的70.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组血清LH、T水平均较治疗前降低,E2水平均较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组血清LH、T水平均低于对照组,E2水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组主卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度均较治疗前增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组主卵泡直径值、子宫内膜厚度值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:补肾促排方联合来曲唑片治疗排卵障碍性不孕患者疗效确切,可有效改善患者的性激素水平,有利于子宫内膜增厚和卵泡发育,安全性高。Objective: To observe the curative effect of Bushen Cupai prescription combined with letrozole tablets for dysfunctional ovulatory sterility. Methods: A total of 96 cases of patients with dysfunctional ovulatory sterility of kidney deficiency with blood stasis type were selected as study subjects,and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate capsules and letrozole tablets,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Cupai prescription combined with letrozole tablets. Both groups were treated for three months. The levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2) and testosterone(T) in serum,the diameters of main follicle and endometrial thickness in the two groups before and after treatment were compared;the incidence of adverse reactions was observed;the curative effect in the two groups was compared. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate was 87.50% in the observation group,higher than that of 70.83% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The levels of LH and T in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and E2 levels were increased,the difference being significant(P<0.01). The levels of LH and T in serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and E2 level of was higher,differences being significant(P<0.01). The diameters of main follicles and endometrial thickness in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,the difference being significant(P<0.01).
