妇科千金胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察妇科千金胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症的临床疗效。方法:选取PCOS不孕症患者88例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各44例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予妇科千金胶囊治疗。比较2组临床疗效、激素水平、不良反应情况。结果:研究组总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组68.18%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组FSH、LH、T水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组FSH、LH、T水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组、对照组不良反应发生率分别是4.55%、6.82%,2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:妇科千金胶囊可有效调节PCOS不孕症患者激素水平,缓解临床症状,且不良反应较少。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuke Qianjin capsules for infertility in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods:A total of 88 cases of patients with infertility in PCOS were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,and the study group was additionally treated with Fuke Qianjin capsules based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect,hormone levels and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 95.45% in the study group,higher than that of 68.18% in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH) and testosterone(T) between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and T in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.55% in the study group and 6.82% in the control group, there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: Fuke Qianjin capsules can effectively regulate hormone levels in patients with infertility in PCOS,and relieve clinical symptoms with few adverse reaction.
