穴位按摩联合耳穴压豆护理在骨折术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位按摩联合耳穴压豆护理在骨折术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取120例骨折术后患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各60例。对照组术后实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施穴位按摩联合耳穴压豆护理,2组术后均干预10 d。比较2组干预前后的疼痛评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,对比2组护理满意度。结果:干预后,2组疼痛评分均较干预前降低,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预后,2组SAS、SDS评分均较干预前降低,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组总满意度为98.33%,对照组总满意度为80.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对骨折术后患者实施穴位按摩联合耳穴压豆护理,可以明显减轻其疼痛感及负性情绪,提高护理满意度。Objective: To observe the application effect of point massage combined with auricular point pressing with beans in nursing patients after operation for fracture. Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients after operation for fracture were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group. After operation,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was additionally given point massage combined with auricular point pressing with beans based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were intervened for ten days. Before and after intervention,the scores of pain,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Selfrating Depression Scale(SDS) in the two groups were compared. The nursing satisfaction in the two groups was compared.Results: After intervention, the pain scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.01). After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.01). The total satisfaction rate was 98.33% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The nursing of point massage combined with auricular point pressing with beans for patients after operation for fracture can significantly relieve pain and negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction.
