舒适护理联合中医情志护理在老年性股骨颈骨折围手术期中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察舒适护理联合中医情志护理在老年性股骨颈骨折围手术期的护理疗效。方法:将老年性股骨颈骨折患者98例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各49例,对照组给予常规护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上使用舒适护理联合中医情志护理的干预策略,对比干预的效果。结果:干预后,2组髋关节功能均提升(P<0.05),干预后髋关节评分的各个维度均为观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1个月观察组治疗效果优于对照组(Z=1.768,P<0.05)。观察组主观舒适度优于对照组(t=-5.737,P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理联合中医情志护理干预老年性股骨颈骨折患者,可以提升术后恢复效果,增加患者的舒适程度。Objective:To observe the curative effect of the therapy of comfort nursing combined with Chinese medicine emotional nursing on patients with senile femoral neck fracture during perioperative period. Methods:A total of 98 patients with senile femoral neck fracture were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,49 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing methods;the observation group was additionally intervened with the therapy of comfort nursing combined with Chinese medicine emotional nursing;the effect of intervention was compared. Results:After intervention,the hip joint function was improved in both groups(P<0.05). All dimensions of scores on hip joint after intervention were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). The therapeutic effect in the observation group one month after operation was better than that in the control group(Z=1.768,P<0.05). The subjective comfort in the observation group was better than that in the control group(t=-5.737,P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of the therapy of comfort nursing combined with Chinese medicine emotional nursing on patients with senile femoral neck fracture,can improve the postoperative recovery effect and increase the comfort level.
