中医护理技术对血瘀证冠心病患者康复效果的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中医护理技术对血瘀证冠心病患者的康复效果。方法:将138例血瘀证冠心病患者,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各69例。2组均行降脂、降糖、降压等基础治疗,治疗期间对照组应用常规护理进行干预,试验组联合中医护理技术如穴位按摩、打太极拳等进行干预。观察比较2组患者护理前后血压水平、空腹血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇以及体质量指数变化。结果:护理前,2组患者的舒张压、收缩压、空腹血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组的舒张压、收缩压、空腹血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,2组患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、体质量指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、体质量指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用中医护理技术治疗血瘀证冠心病效果显著,可全面改善患者血压、血脂、血糖水平,有效促进患者临床康复。Objective: To observe the effect of the rehabilitation effect of Chinese medicine nursing techniques on patients with coronary heart disease of blood stasis syndrome. Methods:A total of 138 cases with coronary heart disease of blood stasis syndrome were divided into the experiment group and the control group according to the random number table method,69 cases in each group. All the two groups received lipid-lowering,hypoglycemic,hypotensive and other basic treatments. During the treatment, the control group was treated with routine nursing, and the experiment group was intervened with Chinese medicine nursing techniques such as point massage and Tai Chi Chuan. The changes of blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and body mass index before and after nursing were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the comparison of the levels of diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and fasting blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing,the levels of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and fasting blood glucose in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the comparison of the levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol and body mass index between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing,the levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol and body mass index in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Chinese medicine nursing techniques has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with coronary heart disease of blood stasis syndrome,which can improve the levels of blood pressure,blood lipid and blood glucose,and effectively promote the clinical rehabilitation of them.
