摘　　要：小儿五迟、五软,妇女产后精血亏虚,老年脑髓空虚是临床上常见的疑难病。仝小林院士认为,羸弱、或贫血或行迟,腰脊无力是本病临床辨识要点,需将大补精血、益髓充督贯穿治疗的始终。用药上,根据多年临床经验,精选鹿胎膏、阿胶、紫河车合成三味小方。临床常用剂量鹿胎膏3 g,阿胶9~30 g,紫河车3~6 g。Children have five late,five soft,postpartum women’s essence and blood deficiency,and elderly brain emptiness are common clinically difficult diseases.Academician TONG Xiaolin believes that weakness,anemia,or delay in walking,and weakness of the lumbar spine are the main points of clinical identification.In the treatment,it is necessary to replenish the essence and blood,and replenish the marrow throughout the treatment.In terms of medication,based on years of clinical experience,select three drugs such as Deer Placenta,Colla Corii Asini,and Placenta Hominis to synthesize three prescription.The common clinical doses of Deer Placenta is 3 g,Colla Corii Asini is 9-30 g,and Placenta Hominis is 3-6 g.
