《时病论》学术思想对现今疫病防治的启示

摘　　要：晚清温病学家雷丰在时病论治方面有着丰富的临床经验,其著作《时病论》全面反映了雷氏治疗时病的学术思想及临床成就。雷丰在《时病论》提出时病发病与五运六气变化有密切的联系。在时病治疗方面他提倡以理气之法给邪气以出路,大清体内邪热的同时重视阴津的保护。在用药上其主张慎用汗法,强调慎用滋腻之品,防止闭门留寇,邪气内陷。分析《时病论》中的特色治疗方法并对现今疫病治法的梳理可以发现,现今疫病的治疗与雷丰的治疗思路有诸多相通之处,提示我们《时病论》中有关时病的论述对现今疫病的研究和新发传染性疾病的发病规律及其治疗研究具有重要的现实意义。LEI Feng has rich clinical experience in the treatment of current diseases, and his book Shibing Lun comprehensively reflects LEI Feng’s academic thought and clinical achievements in the treatment of current diseases. LEI’s on-time disease is closely related to the change of five-yun and six-qi when it is put forward in Shibing Lun. In the treatment of time diseases to promote the method of reason, to evil gas to a way out, the body of evil heat at the same time pay attention to the protection of water. In the use of medicine advocate the careful use of sweat method, emphasizing the careful use of greasy products, to prevent the closed door to stay, evil gas trapped. By analyzing the characteristic treatment methods in Shibing Lun and combing the current epidemic treatment method, we can find that the treatment of the present epidemic has many similarities with LEI’s treatment ideas, which suggests that the discussion of time disease in Shibing Lun has important guiding value and practical significance for the study of the current epidemic disease, the pathogenesis of new infectious diseases and their treatment.
