摘　　要：胡国恒认为,在原发性高血压中痰浊瘀毒为主要病理因素,导致人体气血败坏,脏气逆乱。中青年阶段人体肝肾失调,精气渐衰,肝风亢动裹夹痰浊瘀血上袭头脑清窍,最终致使血络不畅而发病。胡国恒提出 "祛瘀化浊、行气通络为本,平肝疏肝为标,标本兼顾"的治疗原则,治法上强调坚持活血通络贯穿始终,自拟祛瘀平肝化痰汤治疗,该方具有祛瘀化痰、平肝理气、泻浊通络之功效。临证运用又因人而异,根据患者症状表现将发病证型归纳为痰湿上扰、浊瘀阻络、肝气上逆、肾气失衡4个证型,灵活加减用药。Professor HU Guoheng thinks that phlegm turbidity, poisonous and static blood are the main pathological factors of the essential hypertension, which lead to the corruption of qi and blood, the disorder of zangqi. Meanwhile, the disorder of liver and kidney and gradual decline of essence and qi leads to internal stirring of liver wind wrapping phlegm turbidity, poisonous and static blood disturb brain in the middle and young age. According to the pathogenesis, Professor HU proposed the treatment principle of "dispelling stasis and eliminating turbid as the root cause, suppressing hyperactive liver and dispersing stagnated liver as the manifestation specimen proper attention to both". In the treatment method, he emphasized that promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals throughout the whole process, and used the self-made Quyu Pinggan Huatan decoction to treat the disease, which has the effiect of removing blood stasis and phlegm, calming the liver and regulating qi, eliminating turbid and dredging collaterals. According to the symptoms of the patients, the syndrome types can be divided into four types: upward disturbance of phlegm-turbidity, turbid blood stasis obstruction, adverse rising of liver qi and kidney qi deficiency.
