清气化痰丸治疗痰热壅肺型肺癌合并阻塞性肺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察清气化痰丸治疗痰热壅肺型肺癌合并阻塞性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将68例肺癌合并阻塞性肺炎的患者病例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各34例。治疗组口服清气化痰丸治疗,对照组口服盐酸氨溴索片联合茶碱缓释片治疗。观察治疗前后2组临床疗效、白细胞总数、中性粒细胞绝对值、C反应蛋白、中医证候评分、卡氏评分变化情况。结果治疗组治疗后有效率(61.8%,21/34)优于对照组(35.3%,12/34)(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后C反应蛋白有一定下降,和对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。2组中医证候总评分比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组在咳嗽、咯痰、气急、乏力、食欲不振、便秘方面有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后卡氏评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清气化痰丸对痰热壅肺型肺癌合并阻塞性肺炎有一定疗效,并能改善患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingqi Huatan pill in the treatment of lung cancer induced obstructive pneumonia with type of phlegm-heat obstructing.Methods Sixty-eight lung cancer induced obstructive pneumonia patients were randomly divided into a treatment group (34 patients),and a control group (34 patients).The treatment group was treated with Qingqi Huatan pill,while the control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride tablets and theophylline sustained release tablets.The clinical efficacy,total leukocyte count,absolute neutrophil count,C reactive protein,TCM syndromes,and Karnofsky performance status score were observed.Results The effective rate was 61.8% in the treatment group,while it was 35.3% in the control group.There was statistical difference (P<0.05).C reactive protein of treatment group was lower than that of control group after treatment (P<0.05).There were statistical differences in the total scores of TCM syndrome between two groups.The effective rates for the improvements in cough,expectoration,dyspnea,hypodynamia,anorexia and constipation were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Karnofsky performance status score in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Qingqi Huatan pill has a certain therapeutic effect in the treatment of lung cancer induced obstructive pneumonia with type of phlegm-heat obstructing and can improve the quality of life.
