电针夹脊穴治疗脊髓损伤排尿障碍研究

摘　　要：脊髓损伤是在各种原因的影响下导致脊髓结构和功能损伤,进而引发其他功能障碍,排尿障碍是最严重的一种病理表现。电针是通过针灸与电刺激相结合,有舒经活络,促进血液循环之功效,且因其风险小、治疗效果好而被应用于治疗脊髓损伤。夹脊穴是一处经外奇穴,具有通调水道、调理脏腑的功效,将其予以电针刺激对治疗排尿障碍有较好的效果。本文就分别从脊髓损伤排尿障碍的病因病机、治疗排尿障碍的一般方法、电针夹脊穴治疗机制、电针夹脊穴的应用等方面对电针夹脊穴治疗脊髓损伤导致排尿障碍进行叙述,结果发现电针夹脊穴对其作用显著。Spinal cord Injury (SCI) is the structural and functional injury of spinal cord under the influence of various causes,which leads to other dysfunction.Dysuria is the most serious pathological manifestation.Electroacupuncture is a combination of acupuncture and electrical stimulation,which has the effect of soothing the meridian and activating the collaterals and promoting blood circulation,and has been used to treat spinal cord injury because of its low risk and good therapeutic effect.Jiajiis a special acupoint outside the meridian,which has the effect of regulating water channels and regulating viscera.Electroacupuncture stimulation has a good effect on the treatment of dysuria.In this paper,the etiology and pathogenesis of dysuria caused by spinal cord injury,the general method of treating dysuria,the therapeutic mechanism of electroacupuncture at Jiaji point,and the application of electroacupuncture at Jiaji point were described.The results showed that electroacupuncture at Jiaji point had a significant effect on it.Finally,the prospect of its application was put forward.
