摘  要:目的对连云港市2017年报告的两例间日疟病例开展流行病学调查处置和风险评估,指导全市有效应对疟疾疫情。方法收集病例基本信息、流行病学调查资料、血片及PCR核酸基因检测复核、疫点周边自然环境和当地媒介监测数据,并对疫点进行分类;对其中1例间日疟病例家属及四邻共40人开展主动病例侦查。结果2例均为间日疟病例均在非洲有明确的生活史和疟疾病史,连云港市已经连续8年无本地感染的间日疟病例,主动病例侦查显示:快速诊断试纸条检测(rapid diagnostic test,RDT)和PCR检测40人结果均为阴性。结论2例间日疟病例均为境外输入。连云港地区存在传疟媒介中华按蚊,要加强对境外输入性疟疾疫情的防控,防止继发二代病例的发生。Objective To conduct the epidemiological investigation and risk assessment on two reported cases of plasmodium vivax in Lianyungang City in 2017,so as to prodive a reference for effectively dealing with the epidemic.Methods The basic information of cases,epidemiological investigation data,the result of blood film and PCR assay,and the monitoring data of the surrounding natural environment and local malaria vectors were collected.The epidemic sites were classified.An active case investigation was conducted among the family members and the neighbours of one case,with 40 people involved.Results Both cases had a clear history of living in Africa and malaria.No local malaria cases had been reported in Lianyungang City for eight consecutive years.The results of the active case investigation showed that the 40 people were tested negative by the rapid diagnostic test(RDT)and the PCR assay.Conclusion The two plasmodium vivax cases were imported.The Anopheles sinensis,malaria vector,exist in Lianyungang City.The prevention and control measures of the imported malaria epidemic should be strengthened to prevent the occurrence of secondary malaria cases.
