医照结合的农村老年人日间照料设施调研分析及设计策略探究

摘　　要：在对医照结合的农村老年人日间照料设施的建筑内涵进行界定的基础上,通过对山西、湖北、北京等地近30个农村医疗设施与老年人日间照料设施结合建设的实地调研,获取其中部分村落老人养老情况,总结农村养老现状和日常生活特征,分析其与城市养老的差异及医照结合的农村老年人日间照料设施设计方面存在的问题。结合问卷调查和深度访谈,对农村老人进行医照结合的老年人日间照料设施需求及偏好分析,进而提出构建农村医照结合的养老模式,并对其优势、核心问题等方面进行探讨,从而进行设计策略探究,为医照结合的农村老年人日间照料设施建设和发展提供一定的设计指导,并为农村养老设施相关建设标准的制定提供一定的参考。On the basis of defining the architectural connotation of day care facilities for the elderly in rural areas with the combination of medical care and license, through the field investigation of nearly 30 rural medical facilities and day care facilities for the elderly in Shanxi, Hubei, Beijing and other places, the elderly care situation in some villages is obtained, the status quo and daily life characteristics of rural elderly care facilities are summarized, and the differences between them and urban elderly care facilities are analyzed And the problems existing in the design of day care facilities for the elderly in rural areas. Combined with questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, this paper analyzes the demand and preference of day care facilities for the elderly in rural areas, and then puts forward the construction of rural elderly care mode with the combination of medical and nursing, and discusses its advantages and core issues, so as to explore the design strategy, so as to provide certain facilities for the construction and development of rural elderly day care facilities It also provides some reference for the establishment of relevant construction standards of rural pension facilities.
