摘　　要：从现阶段医院改扩建面临的主要挑战和规划设计思路出发,结合上海市胸科医院改扩建实例,详细阐述了其在"十一五"规划和"十二五"规划时期的总体规划思路及成果。Based on the main challenges and planning design ideas faced by the current hospital reconstruction and expansion,combined with the reconstruction and expansion of the Shanghai Chest Hospital,the overall planning ideas and results during the"Eleventh Five-Year Plan"and the"Twelfth Five-Year Plan"period is elaborated in detail.
