摘 要:为了提高厂拌热再生滚筒对沥青路面回收材料(RAP)的加热效率,并分析RAP逆流加热工艺的技术可行性,基于RAP、热气流及滚筒筒体之间的对流、辐射、接触多种方式耦合传热机理,建立了2000型再生滚筒一维稳态传热模型,采用数值算法分别对顺流和逆流加热方式进行了模型求解,定量描述了RAP及热气流温度沿滚筒轴向的变化趋势.进行了顺流式和逆流式再生滚筒RAP加热试验,以验证数值模拟结果,并对比计算了滚筒热效率.结果表明:相对于顺流加热方式,逆流式再生滚筒对于RAP的加热能力更强;实测逆流式再生滚筒的热效率为80.8%,比顺流式高5.4%,能量利用率更高;对进入再生滚筒的热气流初始温度进行合理控制是厂拌热再生设备实施RAP逆流加热工艺的技术关键.To improve the reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP) heating efficiency for the rotary dryer of asphalt recycling plant and analyze the technical feasibility of RAP counter-flow heating progress,based on the coupling effect of heat convection,radiation and contact transfer processes between RAP,flue fluid and drum wall,one-dimension steady heat transfer model was established for 2000 series recycling rotary dryer.The parallel-flow and counter-flow models were solved respectively by numerical algorithm,and the variation trends of the RAP and flue fluid temperature along the dryer axial direction were described quantitatively.The thermal efficiencies of the parallel-flow and counter-flow rotary dryers were calculated and compared via the RAP heating tests to verify the numerical simulation results.Results show that compared with the parallel-flow heating process,the counter-flow method can enhanced the RAP heating effect.The measured thermal efficiency of counter-flow rotary dryer is 80.8%,which is 5.4% higher than that of counter-flow dryer,so the counter-flow rotary dryer has better energy utilization.Reasonable control of the flue fluid initial temperature is the critical technology to implement the RAP counter-flow heating process in asphalt recycling plants.
