摘 要:从进水过程的动态特性出发,对比静态板孔流动模型和动态板孔流动模型,提出了多因素联合作用下的船舶舱室进水量预报模型.研究了流量系数的近似求解方法,给出了基于系统动力学特性的进水压力确定方法以及考虑沿管路漏泄的舱室进水压力损失扩展模型.构建了船舶舱室进水仿真计算程序,具备全时域动态调整外部环境影响因素的功能.给出了进水量预报模型的试验验证环境,结合试验数据对仿真模型计算结果进行了检验.结果表明:融合航速、波浪、舱室进水反压力和管路系统流阻等因素的模型相比简化计算模型更适于分析时域长、进水条件复杂的情形,而舱室进水量简化计算模型对于进水时间200 s以内的情形更为简捷便利.According to the dynamic characteristics of the water inflow process,the static plate hole flow model and the dynamic plate hole flow model were compared,and a prediction model of the water inflow in the ship’s cabin under the combined action of multiple factors was proposed.The approximate solution method of the flow coefficient was studied,the method to determine the inlet pressure of the mechanical characteristics based on the system dynamic model was given,and the expansion model of the inlet pressure loss of the cabin considering the leakage along the pipeline was introduced.Simulation calculation program of the water inflow of the ship’s cabin was constructed with the function of dynamically adjusting the external environmental factors in the whole time domain.Experimental verification environment of the inflow prediction model was given,and the calculation results of the simulation model were verified by the test data.Results show that compared to the simplified calculation model,the model integrating speed,wave,backpressure of cabin water inflow,pipeline system flow resistance and other factors is more suitable for analyzing the case of long time domain and complex water inflow conditions,while the simplified calculation model of cabin water inflow is more simple and convenient for the case of water inflow time less than 200 s.
