摘 要:为改进水泵水轮机S特性曲线,开展了水泵水轮机设计及数值模拟研究.首先,设计了多个等长叶片转轮,以研究叶片安放角对水轮机工况效率和S特性曲线的影响;然后,选取一高效率等长叶片转轮,并应用长短叶片设计,以研究其对S特性曲线的影响.结果表明:选取较小的叶片安放角可增加水轮机工况的效率,但S特性更加突出;而应用长短叶片设计虽然会导致设计工况下的水力效率有所下降,但是S特性得到明显改进.Hydraulic design and numerical simulation study were conducted to improve the S-shaped characteristic curve of a pump-turbine.First,a list of runners with equal-length blades was designed to investigate the effect of blade angles on the operating efficiency and S-shaped characteristic curve of a pump-turbine.Then,a high-efficiency runner with equal-length blades was selected and applied with splitter blade design to study the influence of splitter blade design on the S-shaped characteristic curve.Results show that a smaller blade angle can improve hydraulic efficiency in turbine mode,but will make the S-shaped characteristic more prominent.Although the application of splitter blade design results in a decrease in hydraulic efficiency under design conditions,the S-shaped characteristic can be significantly improved.
