摘　　要：《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》指出,推进健康中国建设、提高人民健康水平,是全面建成小康社会、基本实现社会主义现代化的重要基础,全民健康是实现健康中国的根本目的。本文从优生优育、心理健康、未病先防、理解医疗、了解死亡等方面探讨全民健康的重要性,以深化人们对健康的认识,提高人们的健康素养,为建设健康中国,实现"四个面向"贡献力量。The Healthy China 2030 Planning Outline pointed out that promoting healthy China Initiative and improving people’s health provide the foundation for building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects and achieving socialist modernization basically.Health for all is the fundamental goal of building a healthy China.In this article,the importance of national health was discussed from the perspectives of prenatal and postnatal care,mental health,prevention before disease onset,understanding of healthcare and death,etc.,to raise people’ s awareness of health,improve their health literacy,contributing to the building of healthy China and the realization of the "four-orientated"requirements-(orientate towards the frontiers of world scienceand technology, the main economic battlefield,the major needs of the country and the people’s life and health).
