MEBT/MEBO治愈新生儿特重度烧伤1例报告

摘　　要：给予1例出生15 min特重度烧伤新生儿温箱保暖、抗休克、抗感染、预防应激性溃疡、营养心肌、预防出血等全身综合治疗的同时,局部创面行烧伤创疡再生医疗技术(moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment,MEBT/MEBO)治疗,治疗20 d时,创面完全愈合,愈后皮肤无明显瘢痕增生。A newborn baby was severely burned 15 min after brith.In addition to systemic treatments such as adopting incubator to keep warmth,anti⁃shock,anti⁃infection,prevention of stress ulcers,providing nutrition to myocardium and prevention of bleeding,MEBT/MEBO(moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment)therapy was per⁃formed to manage the local wounds.After 20 days of treatment,the burn wounds were healed completely and no obvious scar hyperplasia was found on the healed skin.
