鳖甲煎丸治疗瘢痕疙瘩的应用前景探讨

摘　　要：鳖甲煎丸源于张仲景的《金匮要略》,具有软坚散结、行气化瘀等诸多疗效,目前主要用于肿瘤性疾病及纤维化疾病的治疗。研究显示,瘢痕疙瘩是由于胶原纤维过度沉积所致,具有与肿瘤性疾病及纤维化疾病相似的病理学基础,且目前仍无较为满意的治疗方案。本文笔者基于鳖甲煎丸及鳖甲相关制剂在肿瘤性疾病和器官纤维化疾病中的临床应用及实验研究进展探讨了鳖甲煎丸在瘢痕疙瘩治疗中的应用前景。Biejia Jian Wan is derived from The Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,a classic clinical book of tradi⁃tional Chinese medicine written by Zhang Zhongjing.It boasts for multiple curative effects,such as softening and resolving hard mass,regulating Qi to disperse stagnation.Currently it is mainly used in the treatment of neoplastic diseases and fibrot⁃ic diseases.Studies have shown that keloid is caused by excessive deposition of collagen fibers and shares similar pathologi⁃cal mechanism with neoplastic diseases and fibrotic diseases.By far,no satisfactory therapy is available for the treatment of keloid.This paper made an exploration on the application prospect of Biejia Jian Wan in the treatment of keloid based on the clinical application and experiment research progress of Biejia Jian Wan and Beijia associated preparations in the treatment of neoplastic diseases and organ fibrotic diseases.
