摘　　要：目的:探讨半夏3种常用炮制品的功效及临床用药。方法:由于半夏常用炮制品的辅料与炮制工艺不同,通过规格对比、方剂应用及临床实例,明确各自功效主治。结果:半夏经过不同方法炮制,临床功效各有偏重:清半夏偏于化痰;姜半夏偏于止呕降逆;法半夏偏于祛寒痰。结论:通过理论联系实践,确定中药不同炮制品与临床功效的关系,为临床用药提供科学依据。Objective:Discuss the efficacy and clinical medication of Pinelliae ternata with three different processing methods.Methods:Because of the different accessories and processing technologies,there are three Pinelliae ternata products.We compared them by means of contrasting specification,prescription application and clinical cases,to explicit the efficacy and indications.Results:Through different processing methods,the Pinelliae ternate products achieved different clinical efficacy.Clear Pinelliae ternata reduces phlegm;ginger-processed Pinelliae partials can suppress counterflow and stop vomiting;fa-Pinellinae partials is good for dispelling cold phlegm.Conclusion:By means of integrating theory with practice,the study determined the relationship of different processing methods and their clinical efficacy in Chinese medicine products,providing scientific basis for clinical medication.
