桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮对子宫肌瘤患者临床疗效、血清性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮对子宫肌瘤患者临床疗效、血清性激素水平的影响。方法:对2017年2月~2018年2月本院收治的100例子宫肌瘤患者展开对照研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮治疗)与对照组(米非司酮治疗),每组50例,探讨两组治疗方案对子宫肌瘤临床疗效的影响。结果:观察组总有效率(98. 0%)高于对照组(86. 0%,P <0. 05)。治疗前,两组子宫、子宫肌瘤体积变化及血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)及孕酮(P)水平无统计学差异(P>0. 05);治疗后,观察组子宫、子宫肌瘤体积小于对照组(P <0. 05),且FSH、LH、E2、P水平低于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率(6. 0%)与对照组(10. 0%)相比无统计学差异(P> 0. 05)。结论:桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤患者,疗效提升,可缩小子宫、子宫肌瘤体积,改善性激素水平,值得临床参考应用。Objective:To explore the influence of compound cassia twig tuckahoe pills plus mifepristone on uterine fibroid and the level of serum gonadal hormone.Methods:100 uterine fibroid patients treated from February 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital were investigated and randomly assigned to observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The observation group took compound cassia twig tuckahoe pills and mifepristone;the control group took mifepristone.Treatment outcomes were discussed.Results:Total effective rate in the observation group(98.0%)was significantly higher than that of control group(86.0%,P<0.05);before treatment,the change of uterine volume,lesion size as well as follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E 2)and progesterone(P)concentrations were not significantly different between groups(P>0.05);after treatment,uterine volume and lesion size in the observation group was smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05);FSH,LH,E 2 and P concentrations in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);adverse event rate in the observation group(6.0%)was not obviously different from that of the control group(10.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion:For uterine fibroid patients,the compound cassia twig tuckahoe pills combined with mifepristone can remarkably increase the treatment effects,reduce the uterine volume and lesion size,and improve the gonadal hormone levels,which is worthy of clinical application.
