摘 要:在小试试验基础上,对合成AA/AMPS/DMDAAC阻垢分散剂进行了半吨级中试研究,并进行了反渗透水处理剂的中试研究.中试产品反渗透水处理剂和美国King Lee公司PTP-0150反渗透水处理剂进行了应用对比实验.结果表明:中试阶段AA/AMPS/DMDAAC共聚物阻垢分散剂的阻垢率数据略低于小试阶段;两种反渗透水处理剂的阻垢、分散性能相当;中试产品反渗透水处理剂应用于反渗透水处理系统时,系统脱盐率在97.57%以上,水的回收率在86.5%以上,满足工业应用需求.On the basis of laboratory experiments,the half ton class pilot-plant test of AA/AMPS/DMDAAC scale inhibition and dispersion agent,and the pilot-plant test of high performance reverse osmosis water treatment agent were carried out.The reverse osmosis water treatment agent was compared with King Lee PTP-0150 reverse osmosis water treatment agent.The results show that the scale inhibition rate data of AA/AMPS/DMDAAC terpolymer scale inhibition dispersant in the pilot-plant test stage was slightly lower than that in the lab test stage;the scale inhibition and dispersion performances of the two reverse osmosis water treatment agents were similar.When the reverse osmosis water treatment agent was applied to the reverse osmosis water treatment system,the desalination rate of the system was above 97.57%,and the recovery rate of water was above 86.5%,which can meet the needs of industrial application.
