摘　　要：应急专题地图在应急事件处置、灾害救援等方面发挥了巨大作用,但其生产流程复杂、制图标准不统一、配图耗时长,难以满足快速的专题地图制作需求。本文将案例推理技术引入应急专题地图制图领域,提出了基于案例推理的应急专题地图制作流程,研究了基于XML的应急专题地图制作案例的表示以及推理过程中的案例检索关键技术。通过实验验证了其制作过程的可行性,为应急专题地图的制作提供了一种智能化方法选择。Thematic map can provide strong support for emergency response and disaster rescue.However,the production process of thematic map for emergency response is complex and time-consuming,and the criteria are not unified,so it is difficult to rapidly produce thematic map to satisfy emergent demands.The case-based reasoning(CBR)technique is introduced in this paper to the production of thematic map for emergency response.The workflow of map production is proposed,and the key techniques for map production case representation based on XML and case retrieve in the reasoning process are studied.The experimental result proves that the technique is feasible and can provide an intelligent method for emergency thematic map production.
