摘　　要：介绍了FQY防水系统解决方案在某住宅建筑地下防水工程中的应用情况。其中,结构自防水部分采用了镁质高性能混凝土抗裂剂配制补偿收缩混凝土技术,主体结构外防水采用聚合物水泥防水涂料,细部节点采用附加层加强处理。工程实践表明:采用完善的FQY防水系统解决方案,能够大大减少地下工程的开裂渗漏风险,实现地下工程的结构自防水,缩短工期,节约成本。This paper introduces the application of FQY waterproofing system solution in the underground waterproofing project of a residential building.The self-waterproof part of the structure adopts the technology of preparing shrinkage-compensating concrete with magnesium high performance concrete crack resistant agent,and polymer cement waterproof coating is used for external waterproof of main structure,and the detailed nodes adopt additional layer strengthening treatment.Engineering practice shows that using the perfect FQY waterproof system solution can greatly reduce the risk of cracking and leakage of underground engineering,realize the structural self-waterproof of underground engineering,shorten the construction period and save the cost.
