摘  要:将增塑剂乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)掺入低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)改性沥青中,制备ATBC/LDPE复合改性沥青,并研究了改性沥青及其混合料的性能。试验结果表明:掺入ATBC能显著改善LDPE改性沥青的低温延展性、弹性恢复性能和热贮存稳定性;能提高LDPE改性沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能、水稳定性,但也会弱化高温性能。推荐ATBC/LDPE复合改性沥青中ATBC的适宜掺量为2%~3%,LDPE的适宜掺量为6%~7%。ATBC/LDPE复合改性沥青混合料具有优异的路用性能与抗疲劳耐久性能。The plasticizer ATBC was blended into LDPE modified asphalt to prepare ATBC/LDPE composite modified asphalt,and the properties of modified asphalt and its mixture were studied.The results show that the incorporation of ATBC can significantly improve the low temperature ductility,elastic recovery performance and thermal storage stability of LDPE modified asphalt;it can improve the low temperature crack resistance and water stability of LDPE modified asphalt mixture,but it will also weaken the high temperature performance.It is recommended that the suitable ATBC content of ATBC/LDPE composite modified asphalt is 2%~3%,and the LDPE dosage is 6%~7%.ATBC/LDPE composite modified asphalt mixture has excellent road performance and fatigue resistance.
