摘 要:对玄武岩纤维增强聚合物(BFRP)加固的橡胶混凝土梁的抗冲击性能进行试验研究,测试了11根由不同橡胶含量(0、15%和30%)、不同加固方案橡胶混凝土梁的抗冲击性能,以确定普通混凝土梁和橡胶混凝土梁的最佳加固方案。试验结果表明:与普通混凝土相比,橡胶混凝土的能量传递比普通混凝土梁高10%~30%;橡胶混凝土梁损伤区域主要集中在冲击点附近并能减缓应力波的速度。尽管橡胶混凝土的抗压强度较低(橡胶含量为0、15%和30%的混凝土抗压强度分别为50.3、25.4、14.7 MPa),但冲击荷载作用下与钢筋混凝土梁相比位移更小。在相同冲击作用下,橡胶混凝土梁的峰值冲击力更低。在冲击作用下,使用BFRP加固冲击作用区域和加固整根梁的性能相似,因此,该方案能为加固混凝土结构提供一种较经济的解决方案。In this study,the impact resistance of basalt fiber reinforced polymer(BFRP)reinforced rubber concrete beams was experimentally studied.Eleven rubber concrete beams with different rubber contents(0,15%and 30%)and different reinforcement schemes were tested to determine the best reinforcement scheme for ordinary concrete beams and rubber concrete beams.The test results show that the energy transmission of rubber concrete is 10%~30%higher than that of ordinary concrete beams;the damage area of rubber concrete beams is mainly concentrated near the impact point and can reduce the speed of stress waves.Although the compressive strength of rubber concrete is relatively low(50.3 MPa,25.4 MPa,and 14.7 MPa of 0,15%,and 30%concrete,respectively),the displacement is smaller than that of reinforced concrete beams under impact loading.Under the same impact,the peak impact force of the rubber concrete beam is lower.Under impact,the performance of using BFRP to strengthen the impact area is similar to that of strengthening the entire beam.Therefore,this solution can provide an economical solution for strengthening concrete structures.
