摘 要:以马来西亚富力公主湾项目为依托,为适应当地粉煤灰缺失的现状,进行大掺量矿粉混凝土配合比设计,并对该配比进行耐久性试验,采用0、55%、60%、65%、70%、75%矿粉替代水泥,研究了矿粉掺量对混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀、抗氯离子渗透、强度等的影响。结果表明:当矿粉掺量为65%时,混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀和抗氯离子渗透性能最好,但矿粉掺量超过65%后,抗硫酸盐侵蚀和抗氯离子渗透性能降低;另外由于矿粉的加入使混凝土体系更密实,提高了混凝土的强度。同时,通过对混凝土表面进行蓄水及覆膜养护来降低混凝土内外温差,减少混凝土裂缝的形成。This study was based on the Princess Fuli Bay project in Malaysia.In order to adapt to the current status of missing of local fly ash,we carried our mix ratio design for high-volume slag concrete and durability of the mix ratio was also tested.By using 0%,55%,60%,65%,70%,75%of the mineral powder to replace cement,we studied the influence of the different dosage on sulfate erosion resistance,resistance to chloride ion permeability and the strength of the concrete.The results show that when the content of mineral powder is 65%,the resistance to sulfate erosion and chloride ion penetration of concrete is the best,but when the content of mineral powder is over 65%,the resistance to sulfate erosion and chloride ion penetration is weakened.In addition,the addition of mineral powder makes the concrete system more compact and increases the strength of concrete.At the same time,it reduces the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete and reduces the formation of concrete cracks through water storage and film curing on the concrete surface.
