摘 要:为研究骨料品种对磷酸钾镁水泥(MKPC)砂浆抗水和硫酸盐溶液冻融性能的影响,测试了水和5%Na2SO4溶液快速冻融条件下MKPC砂浆的强度发展、体积变形和吸水率,并分析了其物相组成和微观形貌。结果表明:由河砂和石灰石砂合理搭配的MKPC砂浆的强度明显高于由全河砂或石灰石砂配制的MKPC砂浆。河砂和石灰石砂混合配制的M2试件的抗水冻融性能明显高于单一河砂和石灰石砂配制的MKPC砂浆。MKPC砂浆的抗硫酸钠溶液冻融性能优于抗水冻融性能。石灰石砂配制的MKPC砂浆在抗硫酸盐冻融性能方面较普通河砂具有明显优势。用67%石灰石砂等量替代河砂,可明显提高MKPC砂浆的抗硫酸盐冻融性能。In order to study the effect of aggregate variety on the resistance of magnesium potassium phosphate cement(MKPC)mortar to water and sulphate solution freeze-thaw cycle,the paper tested the strength development,volume deformation and water absorption of MKPC mortar specimens under water and 5%Na2SO4 solution freeze-thaw cycle.The phase composition and microscopic morphology were also analyzed.The results show that:the strength of MKPC mortar specimens with reasonable matching of river sand and limestone sand is significantly higher than that of MKPC mortar specimens prepared by whole river sand or limestone sand.The resistance of MKPC mortar specimens(M2)to water and sulphate solution freeze-thaw cycle is obviously higher than that of MKPC mortar prepared by single river sand and single limestone sand.MKPC mortar specimens have better freeze-thaw cycle resistance in Na2SO4 solution than in water.The resistance of MKPC mortar specimens prepared by limestone sand to sulphate solution freeze-thaw cycle is obviously higher than that of MKPC mortar specimens prepared by common river sand.Replacing river sand with 67%limestone sand can significantly improve the resistance of MKPC mortar to water and sulphate solution freeze-thaw cycle.
