摘  要:印染废水具有色度大、有机物含量高、COD变化大、碱性大、可生化性差、水温水量变化大等特点。印染废水的预处理方式是否合理决定了其后续处理的难易程度,因此,正确选择预处理方式对废水的出水达标起着至关重要的作用。介绍了目前常用的印染废水预处理技术现状及常用方法:过滤工艺(钢渣过滤、超滤组合工艺、过滤处理系统等)、吸附工艺(物理吸附、化学吸附、生物吸附等)、氧化工艺(Fenton氧化工艺、类Fenton氧化工艺、电化学氧化工艺等)、脱色工艺(无机脱色、有机脱色、生物脱色等)。分析了各种预处理方法的优化条件,对处理效果进行了对比。Printing and dyeing wastewater was of such characteristics as large chromaticity,high organic content,large change in COD content,large alkalinity,poor biodegradability and large change in water temperature and quantity.Whether the pretreatment method of printing and dyeing wastewater was reasonable or not determined the difficulty of its subsequent treatment.Therefore,the correct selection of pretreatment method played a vital role for reaching the wastewater effluent standard.The present situation and common methods of printing and dyeing wastewater pretreatment technology was introduced,including the filtering process(steel slag filtration,ultrafiltration combination process,filtering processing system,etc.),adsorption process(physical adsorption,chemical adsorption and biological adsorption,etc.),oxidation process(Fenton oxidation process,Fenton-like oxidation process,electrochemical oxidation process,etc.),and decoloring process(inorganic decoloring,organic decoloring,biological decolorization,etc.).The optimal conditions of various treatment methods were analyzed,and the treatment effects were compared.
